BOAT ACCIDENT AT WELLINGTON. Wellington, Dec. 16.
T\v*j.vjs of the Wellington Navals who were oub for exorcise in their cutter yesteiday evening, were cap&ized by a sudden squall in the middle of the harbour. Fortunately, tho excursion steamer Mana was about a mile off and picked thorn up, but one of thorn was in the last stage of exhaustion and would not have held out much longer.
