ROMAN CATHOLIC BANK. A VATICAN PROPOSAL. CAPITAL OF TWETNY MILLIONS.
New York, December 8. The "New York Herald" to-day asserts that a Catholic Bank is being formed under the auspices of the Vatican, with a capital of twenty millions, and that the head[quarters of the new concern will be in
America, with branches in Italy and Australia. Lord Norfolk, it is said, will be appointed British President. It is very doubtful whether the news is authentic.
