HEAVY FAILURE. INSOLVENCY OF AN AUSTRALIAN FIRM.
London, December 8. The firm of Petsch, Dobling and Co., Australian merchants, has failed. The liabilities are stated at £60,000, and the assets at £27,000. The insolvents attribute t.he bankruptcy to depression in trade in Australia, "an action respecting Victorian Cuetoma dues, and losses in the Sydney business.
