GERMANY AND SAMOA. SUBSIDY TO TRADING STEAMERS. Berlin, November 19.
Herr Richtetc tabled a motion in the Reichstag to stop the subsidy hitherto paid to the German steamers trading between Samoa and Sydney. The motion was discussed, and the Government being opposed to its adoption, it was referred to the Budget Committee.
