Thu ordinary monthly meeting of the Te A roha Hot Springs Domain Boanl vns held in the Board's office on Satur d*y evening last. Present: Mesars Gavin (Chairman), Ilott, and Aliier, Minutes of the previous monthly meeting were read and confirmed, Correspondence : From John Walsh, bating, that he had been a suffenr from ''^umatism for the past three years, and as\t\aor the Board to grant him froe use of the, bath? for a time, in order that he might x >e alle to prolong his stay at Te A roha, 'laving very limited means at his dist osal. The Oiaiiman eaid he had seen the writer, and fnm enquiries he had made, he thought hiscase was a deserving one. Resolved tha\ the applicant be granted free baths until ihe next monthly meeting of the Board, The Chairman reported that nine loads of tai i jgs had been carted from Wainrongomai, by permission of Mr Howell, and spread on tlw tennis court. It was stated no further communication had b» en rectived from Government re Mr E, Gallagkr's application to be allowed to connect with the Domain water main. Monthly Statement : The following statement for the preceding four weeks, was read by the Clerk : —
Resolved that the accounts as above be passed for payment. This was all the business.
