SUPREME COURT. IMPORTANT CASE.
The Supreme Court was occuf ied today with the case of (/he Kaihu Valley Railway Company against KaU'i Timber Company, claim £21,000, d&mtt^es for lodging caveat over tiie Ksiihu Company's land. The defence is that the careat was lodged in good faith under an agreement entered into between the two Companies. The case will be argued out to-morrow.
