ANOTHER DOCK STRIKE. DISTURBANCE AT ROTTERDAM. STRIKERS FIRED AT AND BAYONETTED. London, September 28.
The Rotterdam dockmcn have gone out on strike, and show a menacing attitude towards the English lumpers loading British ships. The police were stoned while attempting to prevent any disturbance.
LATER. The Rotterdam dockmen have struck for an increased rate of 2)^d per day. The police were compelled to adopt extreme measures, and fired and bayonetted a mob of strikers who threatened to disperse. Socialists are reported not to be taking any part in the agitaiion.
