At a meeting of Laybourn's creditors to-day a medical certificate was read to the effect thwt Mr Laybourn is suffering from symptoms of conjestion of the brain, and therefoie is in an unfit state for business worry. A resolution was adopted for the realisation of the estate. The liabilities are set down at £1£,963 ; auset?, £9,702.
