THE HON. W. ROBINSON'S TEAM.

Anything: concerning the doings of the Hon. W. Robinson's horses is interesting afc the present time, and tha following from 11 Spectator's" notes will be pleasing reading to their admirers :--!Merrie England and Chain Shot are doin^r a« good work as anything at Riccarton. On Saturday morning they were sent along twice round at a good pace. Cnain Shot, probably hampered by fat inside, seemed to slow down to nothing by the side of his companion, who is so well just now that he might finish off a paddock full of horses as good as Chain Shot, in that horse's present condition. Chain Shot is fast improving, however, and looks like coming out a nice one in the spring. Engagement is being treated to less severe work.
