GOVERNOR OF VICTORIA.
The Karl of Hopetoun succeeds Sir H. L, Loch as Governor of Victoiia. The Maiquls of Lome declined the Governorship of Victoria on me ground that the climate was unsuited to the health of the Princess Louise.
