REPRESENTATION DEBATE.

The representation debate comes on this evening, and will probably last through the sitting. The city party &ay they will ofler no fractious opposition to the second reading, reserving themselves for when the Bill reaches Committee. There will, however, be a number of long speeches delivered. The country members, on the other hand, flushed with the certainty of a large majoiity, talk of sitting all night and carrying the Bill through at a sitting, but if this is seriously contemplated it cannot possibly be successful.
