THE TERM "HOUSEHOLDER."
In the Hou&e last night, the Education Franchise Bill, defining tho term "householder," and abolishing cumulative voting for the third time, passed its third reading, the only alteration made being the insertion of a provision that any person holding a miner's right might vote at school committee elections.
