SHOP HOURS BILL.
The "Post" strongly condemns this measure, saying ib would be a most intolerable .Act in its operation, and is not in the least necessary. "We can only regard the Bill as well meant," the leader says, " but a mischievous attempt to intrigue with the business under a pretence of philanthropy. The colony does not require a measure of the kind, and even the very class ib professes to protect doos not want it, and would probably be the very first to object to it and to suffer from its operation."
