KAIPARA NAVIGATION.
The Hon. Mr Mifceheison explains that bhe delay in constructing a wharf at the junction of the Kaipara and Kaukapakapa Rivers arises from the fact that the plans and specifications oiiginally prepared were of too expensive a natnie. He states, however, than new designs have been pieparcd and provision made for undertaking the work in the estimates with the Public Woiks Statement.
