ARRIVAL IN PORT JACKSON. SHE ENCOUNTERS STORMY WEATHER. SEVERAL OF THE CREW INJURED.
H.M.S. Dakt has arrived. Such was the pleasing intelligence received in Sydney on the morning of June 30. The Darb, it will be remembered, loft Auckland on June b for this port and was expected hero several weeks ago. Her non-arrival, however, did not give rise to any anxiety until Tuesday last, when a cable horn New Zealand announced that one of hor boats had boon picked up on the New Zealand coast, in thevicinifcy of North Capo. Tho boat, the cable further slated, contained carpenters' tools, provisions, &c. , and lite buoys and belts were tound stranded in the vicinity. The naval oilicers on tho station were divided in opinion as to how the boat had got adrift, some believing that it had been washed overboard by a heavy see and others that some serious disaster had happened. Efforts were made by Hear- Admiral Fairfax to got sonic trace ot the&hip, but without success, and day by day the feais concerning the
