Mr Goldie has arranged with the Premier io biincr his question relating to the saving etiecteel by the new Charitable Aid Bill in the following form: — "That a return be laid befoie this House showing 1 the caving to the consolidated revenue which Avoulci have been efiected if the Hospital and Charitable Institutions Act, now under consideration of this House, had been in operation last year instead ot the amended Act of 18C6."
