The police have been informed' that a terrible, infernal machine has been discovereii at Tussaud's, waxworks. 'It is believed to be the , work, of a servant who had been 1 discharged. * . w' The infernal machine was sent, to the exhibition in a box, and suspicions of the authorities .being aroused, .the' police removed' the bottom of the box arid -found that the machine had* been arranged^ so "as to explode 'upon the opening of theJiaV , -,",;'. .
