SERIOUS ALLEGATIONS. London, June 26.
Sir Charles ,Russell, in an eloquent speech to-day, made a powerful indictment, implicating Sir George Chetwynd, Sherrarci, the trailer, and Wpbd, the jockey, with 1 conspiracy on the turf. He declared that -Wood was the real owner, and that Sherrard and Sir George Chetwynd were servants.
