Wellington, June 13. MR BUCHANAN AT CARTER TON.

Mr Buchanan addressed his Carterton constituents last night. He condemned the continuation of the North Island railway, and advocated sponding the balance of the million loan in the purchase of native lands for settlement, of which there are splendid blocks served by the present railways.
