PRE-SESSIONAL ADDRESSES. MR FRASBR AT THE THAMES. Thames, June 13.
Mr W. Frasek, M.H.K, addressed his constituents last night. There was a moderate attendance, about sixty electors being present. The speech was principally a review of the Acts framed Jast session, and especially those affecting the Thames. Mr Frasor expressed himself as strongly opposed to the present Government. He was accorded *a vote of thanks and confidence.
