THE DUCAL ASSAULT. QUESTION IN THE COMMONS. London, June 4.
The refusal of Sir Charles Ingham, magistrate at Bow-street Police Court, to issue a summons against the Duke of Cambridge for alleged assault on an American leporter at the fire brigade demonstration, was brought under the notice of Mr H. Matthews, Home Secretary, but he declined to interfere in the matter.
