It is now some yo.ir'n since they wero elected, and according to their rules a meeting should be called annually to elect u committee, and im there is a considerable amount of: f'uud.s in hand, »md a^ Mr H. IT. Adams, as President, has sevirjd his connection with tho Battery Company, I think he should have handed the money over to another Committee elected foi that purpose, or disposed of it as the members Ciought fit.— l am, etc., Justicf.
