RUSSIA AND MONTENEGRO.
St. Petersburg, June 1. A daughter of the Prince of Montenegro has been betrothed to a cousin of the Czar. His Majesty, in honour of the event, proposed the health of the Prince of Montenegro, and in doing so referred to him as the only sincere and loyal friend of Russia.
Berlin, June 1. The language of the Czar on the occasion of the betrothal of the daughter of the Prince of Montenegro has caused a feeling of disquietude both here and in Vienna.
