VANCOUVER, May 30. The British Columbia papers predict a rupture beUveen England and America in connection with Behring Straits dispute.
NEW YORK, May 30. The New York Herald expresses a hope that England by prompt action will induce the authorities at Washington to recede from their position and arrange matters amicably with England.
