LATER. EXTRAORDINARY ACTION SOME OF THE STOLEN GOODS RESTORRD.
Yesterday morning on the servant girl opening the door of Mr E[otchins' Boarding House, Whi taker street, she found a small parcel made up in paper lying at the door step, which on examination was found to contain a bracelet, some scarf pins ( one in particular representing a postage stamp ) and other articles of jewellery, comprising a portion of the goods abstracted from the premises of Mr A. Berger three weeks ago. A few lines were scribbled on a piece of brown paper, advising Mr Hotchin not to talk quite so fast respecting the robbery at Mr Balcke's (his son-in-law ) y and signed Colonial Boy and Jack the Ripper. The articles are now in the hands of the police, and add to the mystery of these robberies .
