Kais of Postage. — For a parcel not exceed> Ing 21bs In weight, Is 6d ; for every additional pound or fraction thereof, 9d extra. Postage must be iully prepaid by means of postage stamps affixed to (ho parcels. In-
sufficiently prepaid parcels will not be accepted. Limit of Weight and Dimensions. — A pa reel for transmission must not exceed 111b* in weight. 3ft 6in length, or G* t in length and «irth combined.
