No paicel exceeding lllbs in weight, or the dimensions 1 ereafter specified, will be accepted ; and unpaid or insufficiently prepaid paicels will 1 c refu c ed. 3. This also applies to parcels posted in pillar aud other postingboxes. 7. Prohibited Parcels. — Parcels bearing, or containing writing or marks of an offensive or indecent character, or containing gunpowder, cartiidges, lucifer matches, or anything explosive or liable to combuttion, bladders containing liquid, live animals, grossly offensive or filthy matter, or any substance likely to cause injury to other parcels or to the ofliceis of the Post Oince, are prohibited. 8. "What other Parcels may not contain. — parcels may not contain any letter or communication of the nature of a letter, money (coin or bank notes), or a packet or }.aiccl intended for delivery a,t anaddiess other than thafc borne by the parcel iiself. 12. Registered. — Parcels may be registered nndei the same conditions as letters ; and for an additional fee of 2d a receipt can be obtained and posted to the sender,
