MASONIC BANQUET.
The Masonic banquet to Lord Onslow, which is take place at the Choral Hall on Tuesday e\ening, promises to be a gieat success. Applications for tickets are coming in freely, and although no limit has been fixed on the number to be issued ifc ia understood by the Comrnifcee that they will not dispose of more tickets than the hall* will provide comfortable accommodation for. The gentleman's ticket, for which a guinea is charged, has attached a lady's ticket, and the orchestral seats will be reserved for the gentler sex. The banquet will be served by Mr Charles Canning, and an efficient staff of waiters in the hall, and refreshments for the ladies will be pro/ided in the ante-room. The banquet hall w ill be handsomely decorated with flags, flowers, and evergreens. Proceedings will commence al 8 o'clock, and the chair will be occupied by Mr Geo. S Graham, District Grand Master of the English Constitution of Masons, assisted by the other Grand Masters.
