Auckland, April 11. The R.M.s.Manposa having left Sydney at 6 o'clock lasb evening, should anivo here about 6 p.m. on Sunday next. Lord Onslow, who is a passenger, will be met on the arrival of the steamer by Sir Frederick Whitaker, as repiesentative of the Government, and driven to Government House. On Monday morning he will be driven down tothohoadot thowharl, wheie the triumphal arch is being erected, piobably by way of Quay-abreeb, so that Hid Excellency will pass through the archway from the seaward side and drive thence to the platform which ig being erected near the entrance to the railway station, where the formal reception will take place. The Reception Committee met at the Mayor's Room, City Council Chambeis, yestet day afternoon, when fuither arrangements were made tor the reception oi Lend. Onslow on Monday morning next. It was decided that the order of procession should be as follows :— Band, Guaid of Honour, Governor's carnage, carriage with Governor's suite, carriages with Councillors. Mr Crosvther has been appointed city marshal. The route will be up Queen-fetreet to Wel-lesley-street, and up Wellesley-sbreet and along Symonds - street to Government House.
