London, April 10 Is'ew Zealand meat is firmer, and frozen mutlun is now quoted at 4>kl. Leather, best sides, 9VI to lOd. The wool sales to-day had to be postponed owing to a heavy fog which prevailed in the city. London, April 11. Nlw Zu.visAXD Sini'Pixr; Company shares are quoted at £4 15s. New Zealand frozen mutton is quoted at from 4scl to H\(\ ; lamb, s}d to 6d, and beef unchanged. The Kaikmira's cargo of frozen meat has been found to be partly damaged, and 100 carcases have been condemned. As compared with tlio closing 1 rates of the February sales, wool is generally from 5 to 1\ per cent, higher ; prreasy merinos, from id to Id, and sometimes lid higher ; fine greasy crossbreds ai"c id dearer ; cojrse crossbreds are recovering the decline they experienced at the opening of the series.
