GENERAL BOULANGER. GOVERNMENT PROSECUTION.
Paris, March 30. If Boulanger is arrested he will be tried by the Senate for alleged complicity in the operations of the recently suppressed Patriotic, League, but it is improvable th if he will be prosecuted, on the giounds that he never exceeded the bounds of legality.
