LonboxV, March 30. It now transpires that the most recent plot to kill the Czar of Russia extended throughout the whole dominion, and that the attempt previously reported was only one ot a series of attempts on the lite of the Czar. Russian officials arranged numerous arrests at St. Peterjburg, Moscow, Kieff, Khar k off, Odessa, the suspects being for the most part Jewish. The discovery of the plot was consequent upon ihe explosion at Zurichsberg. It transpires that Keihng, the Jewish student who organised this attempt, made an attempt on the life ot he Czar in March, 1887.
