KILLED AT A SAWMILL. Port Albert, March 28.

William Turner, eldest son of J. G. Turner, of Port Albert, was struck by a slab at a circular saw in the Topuni Saw Mills yesterday morning, and died at eleven p.m. He was much respected in the district. No one is to blame for the accident. Constable Inger went up to make inquiries and arranged for the inquest, which was held to-day. Full details have not yet been ionvarded.
