THE RABBIT COMMISSION. Sydney, March 27.

The report of the Babbit Commission is ready, but will not be made public till it is presented to Parliament. With regard to refusal of M. Pasteur to allow any experiments to be made with anthrax, the Commission asked that definite experiments should be made to thoroughly test the effect of chicken cholera. M. Pasteur's representatives desired to expose infected food in certain parts of the colony, bub the Commissioners would not agree to this until other experiments had shown that disease would spread as described.
