Bro. G. S. Graham, D.G.M.E.C. of Auckland, having issued a circular republishing documents published by the Board of General Purposes, Wellington, the D.G. Lodge E.G., and District Grand Lodges E.C. of Auckland and Westland, against the formation of a New Zealand Grand Lodge, the Wellington Masonic Union has published a second address by Bro. Gillon, P.M., criticising and replying to the various statements and objections, and challenging and denying the right of any District Grand Master or D.G.L. to forbid craft lodges discussing the formation of a Grand Lodge.
