RICH ORE FROM THAMES.
During yesterday and to-day, tliere was on view nt Mr McDonald Scott's office, n splendid lot of extremely rich auriferous ore fiom the Lone Hand mine, Thames, which lain just been amalgamated with the City of Manchester mine. The specimens are of good size, and each have a rich belt of gold iroin 1 to ]£ of. an inch in width running through it, Some of the speci> metis have been estimated to be worth five ciuncos tn the pound.
