IT having been proved to me this 19th day of March, that NO VALUATION LIST HAS BEEN PREPARED for the Te Aroha Town District, as required by the "Rating Act, 1876," I now appoint Mr FRANCIS PAVITT as VALUER to make such LIST, and the 29th day of I March, 1889- is the date fixed for its com1 pletion- It will be OPEN FOR INSPECTION at the Courthouse, Te Aroha from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., from the 29th March to 13th Apiil (Saturdays and Sundays excepted). and ALL OBJECTIONS to the said LIST must be left at the said Courthouse on or before the 15th day of April, 1889.
