Goiss, residence site, do., J. OBrien, protection for Tekaro, do.; and H. Dance, occupation license. Several plaints laid by the Mining Inspector for non-working were adjourned until the 4th April. A Plaint for the forfeiture of a waterrace at Waihi was laid a few days ago by MrJ. W.Walker against Mr J. A. Pond, on the ground that defendant had failed to comply with the conditions under which he held his license, viz : that he should commence the construction of the race within two months of the issue of the licence authorising the same. The caso was called on at the Wai den's Court to-day but was adjourned until the 4th April upon the application op Mr Purchas, who appeared for plaintiff.
