James Mills (trusted for Robert Mills); claim £1 a, rears of lent on lesidence site, Te Aroha. Judgment for£l, and costs of Court Us. Same v. James Mills (trustee for Mary Alice Mills); duim £1, arrears of rent 6n residence site, Te Aioha. Judgment for £1, and costs Us. Same v. James Mills (trustee for Ellen Mills); chum £1, ariearn of lent on resi* denee site, Te Aroha. Judgment for £1, and costs 11s. Siime v. T. Byrne, claim £5, arrears of rent on business site, Te Aroha. Judgment for £5, and costs 11s. Mr E. Cutiterofj, acting for Mr Max Friedlander, holder of the Bi^Hinrck Licensed Holding, Waiorongomai (an application for the forfeiture of which, for non-working, was adjourned last Court day till April 2nd), asked the Warden a question with respect thereto ; and when replying to Mr Cameron the Warden said : dt was his intention before next Court day to personally visit and inspect a great many of the local mines, in order to form his own opinion with respect to what work had been done upon the ground in each case.
