Cutiterofj, acting for Mr Max Friedlander, holder of the Bi^Hinrck Licensed Holding, Waiorongomai (an application for the forfeiture of which, for non-working, was adjourned last Court day till April 2nd), asked the Warden a question with respect thereto ; and when replying to Mr Cameron the Warden said : dt was his intention before next Court day to personally visit and inspect a great many of the local mines, in order to form his own opinion with respect to what work had been done upon the ground in each case.
