A WITNESS ARRESTED FOR PERJURY. London, February 2.

Molloy, one of the Invincibles, who wa arrested in Dublin in September last on a warrant issued by the Special Commission, and gave evidence that he was associated with some persons forming that secret body, has been arrested on a charge of perjury. Molloy is the man who in the evidence admitted that in his information to the " Times " agent he had misled him. Before the Special Commission today, the solicitors who were engaged in defending the prisoners for various outrages committed in Ireland deposed that the Land League had defrayed the cost of the defence of those charged with the murder of Lord Montmorris and others. Several constables were also examined, and swore to the seizurre of arms and documents in the possession of John Walbh, of Middlesborough, oiganiser of the Invincible conspiracy in Ireland, and Tobin, organiser of the Land League. The evidence also tended to show that the Fenians organised men in the North of England, and received both arms and ammunition in that p~rt of the kingdom. During the examination severe passages of arms occurred between Sir James Hannen, President of the Commission, and Sir Charles Russell, counsel for the Parnellities, as to the evidence being admitted.
