In moving the resolution the Eev Mr 'Lawry said there was not the-slightest intention in framing it' to in" any way reflect on those who had hitherto performed the duties, but in the present condition of the library's affairs and finances re-organisation was necessary, and it would facilitate matters, if the person who discharged i the duties of Librarian, were also authorised to receive monies and canvas for new subscribers. Any- person acting as Librarian would have plenty of time, during which he could fulfil the duties of Secretary as well. (2) Moved by Eev S.
