Total debit at December 31 , 1887, L 132 Is 7d ; ditto, at December 31,1888, LtO2 bslO'l ; reduction duriusr year, L 29 12s 9d The Chairman, in commenting on the sniisf.ictoiy n »ture of the balance-sheet, intimated that » second donation of LlO to the building fund from Miss Ward England, would shortly be available, and the debt further reduced by this amount, 'Messrs W. H. P. Marsdon and C. Ahier were reappointed ministers and peoples wardens respectively. Messrs J. Winstone (J. Pyne G. Robson J. B. Heathcote, W Emerson, T. M- Lawlor and T, E. Clongh were e'ected vestrymen. Votes of thanks were passed to Miss Ward, for donation ; Mr. Winstone, for service? as a lay reader during the year ; to Miss A. Marshall, for acting' as organist ; and to the superintendent of the Snndny Mr. Smales, and the teacberp.
