H. P. Marsdon and C. Ahier were reappointed ministers and peoples wardens respectively. Messrs J. Winstone (J. Pyne G. Robson J. B. Heathcote, W Emerson, T. M- Lawlor and T, E. Clongh were e'ected vestrymen. Votes of thanks were passed to Miss Ward, for donation ; Mr. Winstone, for service? as a lay reader during the year ; to Miss A. Marshall, for acting' as organist ; and to the superintendent of the Snndny Mr. Smales, and the teacberp.
