LATE EMPEROR FREDERICKS DIARY. BERLIN, January 17.

The Emperor William bus commanded the publication of an Indictment against Professor Goffcken with the view of justifying his prosecution. Prince Bismarck reported to the Emperor that the diary was exploited and distorted by foes of the EnVsgfr and himself. The late Emperior Frederick's Proclamation, on his accession, was written by Professor Goffcken in 1835, when the Emperor William was supposed to be in a critical condition.
