Fleming and Co.'a weekly sale of fat cattle was held on 16th inst at their yards, Parawai, "Thames. They report a full market being yarded, nnd prices a little in advance of previous week's sale, bidding at smarting was rather slow but got a little better towards close. Steers, medium weights, fetched from £4 10a to £5 2s 6d each, being equal to from 14s to 15s per 1001 bs. Heifers sold freely at from £3 2s 6d to £3 15s each, equal "to from 12s to 13s per 100! bs. Sheep, an extra full market was yarded, which resulted in prices being a little easier than last week-; wethers, 11s eaoh ; ewes, 8s 6d to 9s eaclff lambs, a plentiful supply oarae forward, which made the prices much lower than on previous sales, they realised 5s 3d to 7s 3d each. A consignment of well-bred porkers fetched from 8s 3d to I7s each.
