THE SAMOAN QUESTION. GERMANY'S POLICY.
Bivrlfn, January 16. Referring in the Reichstag, to lemarks made in connection with Samoan affaiis, Prince Bismarck contended that the German colonial policy was not to be abandoned because of the eirors ami sacrifices that had been made at the outset. When the official teports as to what had taken place in Samoa came to hand, the German Government would decide what action to lake.
