Sir Henry "Blake, q trained servant of the Crown, but a self-made and untitled man, had "been rejected by Queensland. Itl was, evidently intended to recruji Australian Cover nors from the peeiige, and the Government had only faibd to &eiid a peer to Queensland out oi ( sympathy with Sir Henry Blake. \
