Froi i --sor Black's testing 1 of the ores on Stewarts Island, in which tin was discovered, is most satisfactory, and a Company is being iormed to work the same. The representatives of Tasmanian capitalists have cabled for an expert to come over. Tho Government are to be requisitioned to connect tho i&lnnd with the mainland by cable.
