The Radicals have thanked King Milan for framing the new constitution. The situation is improving.

Vienna, December 25. The North Vienna "Tagblatt" states that King Milan, of Sei via, has drafted a Bill providing for his abdication in favour of his son, Prince Alexander, and that he will ask the National Assembly to pass a Bill, if his constitution scheme should be rejected.
