PARLIAMENTARY AMENITIES. London, December 21.
In the House of Commons to-day Dr. Tannet, member for Cork (mid), made a violent altack upon the Irish Secretary. In the course of his iemarks he called Mr Balfour a swindler, coward, thief, and liar. At last the Speaker interposed, and Dr. -Tanner was suspended during pleasure.
