Two move English dukes are, according to the New York papers, going to marry American heiresses. The Duke of Norfolk i i<< to marry Miss Virginia MacTavish, the j Baltimore beauty, and the Duke of New- j castle is to wed Charlotte Zerega. Miss MacTavish is the daughter of Charles Carroll MacTavi&b. . Her mother was a i daughter of General ,Winfield Scott, and her family is connected with the famous Carrolls of Carrol ton. MacTavish was an ardent Catholic, and his son and three daughters were brought up in the church. The eldest daughter is a Carmelite nun, and the secondls in a" convent in Brussels.
